‘MaaS Piemonte’, part of the national programme ‘MaaS for Italy’, aims to contribute to more sustainable and accessible mobility by promoting the use of Super Apps among citizens, apps that integrate multiple transport services into a single digital platform.

The aim of the project is to make travel easier: mobility ‘at the service of the individual’, as suggested by the name of the MaaS approach, Mobility as a Service.

Final phase of the trial

Thanks to the high level of participation, MaaS Piemonte has made the Piedmont Region one of the most active in integrated and sustainable mobility: over 17.000 users and more than 100.000 smart journeys made!

The high usage of Super Apps has led to the total exhaustion of available funds: as a result, on 6 March 2026, registrations were closed and access to incentives was terminated, in accordance with the Regulations.

However, all users are invited to continue travelling with MaaS Piemonte until 31 March 2026. News about the future of MaaS will be available soon!

Cashback payment update

Thanks to the high level of participation, MaaS Piemonte has made the Piedmont Region one of the most active in integrated and sustainable mobility.

This huge success has led to the total depletion of available funds. Our goal is to ensure the maximum possible benefit until the resources are exhausted. For this reason, on 6 March 2026, the last cashback payment of 12% will be made, based on the remaining balance.

Starting December 1st, if you're registered with MaaS Piemonte, you'll also be able to use mobility services in the City of Turin and its surrounding area, benefiting from a single regional offer designed to make every trip easier and more connected.

If you choose to purchase your travel from one of the participating Super Apps, you have access to a 50% monthly cashback, up to a maximum of €50 per month. Once you have the credit, you can purchase travel tickets with a discount of up to 50%, based on your available balance. The incentives are accumulated in the dedicated MaaS wallet, available in the payments section of the Super App.

The cashback is paid on the 6th of the month following the month in which the qualifying travel tickets were purchased and can be used for up to 90 days from receipt.

New Bus Pass!

Discover the project's new bus passes and save on your trips in the Super App. The cashback for season tickets will be paid based on the number of trips validated in the validity period of the monthly bus pass as described below:

from 7 to 13 trips validated each month = 15% cashback
from 14 to 19 trips validated each month = 30% cashback
more than 20 trips validated each month = 50% cashback

From 1 December, you can purchase your Formula U GTT monthly pass with MaaS Piemonte incentives.

The bonuses, which can be combined with each other, can be used on 50% of the cost of mobility services purchased in the Super App and are valid up to 60 days from the moment of receipt.

Cashback can be used up to 90 days from the time of receipt.

Every Super App offers different transport services and bonuses based on its own features. As for now, the available Super Apps are Wetaxi, Urbi, MooneyGo, Moeves, STN.

You can choose the Super App that includes the best options for your needs including the local services available in your area. At the bottom of this page you can also find how to access the advantages of "MaaS for Piemonte" in your Super App of choice.
