The Piedmont Region, in association with 5T, presents "MaaS for Piemonte" (MaaS for Piedmont), an innovative and experimental project that integrates both public and private transport services in one Super App. This is Mobility as a Service" (MaaS), a new approach to mobility that brings together different transport services on one digital platform.
Supported by the national project "MaaSforItaly", "MaaS for Piemonte" aims at making travels more simple, flexible and eco-friendly for everyone.
"MaaS for Piemonte" aims also at innovating mobility, integrating transport services such as trains, buses and car sharing in one app. The goal is to make daily travels easy, to reduce the use of private cars and to promote more eco-friendly transport services, reducing pollution.
How does the project work?
You can plan, book and pay your multimodal trips on dedicated Super Apps, combining travels by train, by bus, by taxi, by bicycle or by using shared push scooters. You can also have access to welcome bonuses or cashback.

"MaaS for Piemonte" aims at letting the user choose freely in which way they want to travel, making trips faster and less stressful. Having different transport services available also means having more convenient and sustainable travel options, helping to build a greener future.
Partnerships
This project is the result of a collaboration between public and private companies: it involves the work of 6 public transport enterprises and of 5 "MaaS for Piemonte" officers. It also cooperates with the project "Maas ToMove" of the City of Turin, which is present everywhere in Piedmont, including rural and suburban areas.
